Camping
There are 2 main camping areas at the show for 2011.
Club camping is situated on the green behind the clubstand area which are marked out for each club.
General Camping is situated beyond the club camping and stands and extends just around the corner as marked on the venue map.
The area is accessible via the tarmac road onto the site and behind retro parking and is signposted.
No vehicles will have to access the campsite across the grassed area as in 2010.
Quiet/family camping area. We do have an area set aside for quiet and family camping however there are 20 pitches only and its first come first served. They are in close proximity to flushable toilets and baby changing.
Facilities
Toilets are provided on the campsite and the main show area open 24 hours, static flushable toilets are available inc baby changing room and separate disabled toilet facilities are also available.
Showers There is currently an issue with the venue showers. We hope to have this sorted for the 2011 show but cannot promise that there will be free showers available.
Hairdryers and straightners can be used in the marquee at set times (please see board outside marquee and inside your show programme) . A small charge of £1 for each session to cover fuel costs is required.
NB; Please make sure if you intend to camp on an advance ticket that you have also paid for camping.
You will be issued a camping wristband on the gate subject to what is marked on your ticket.
Records of all advance tickets and respective advance camping are kept on the gate in case of any error. If you have not paid for camping it will not be marked on your ticket and you will be required to pay the full gate price for your camping ticket which is considerably higher than paying in advance with advance admission.
No admittance to the marquee after 7pm without a camping wristband, sorry.
Anyone seen onsite after 7pm or attempting to access the site without a valid camping wristband will be required to pay for one or be removed from the site.
Everyone onsite MUST have a valid entry ticket, under 12’s must be accompanied by a full paying adult over 16.
Under 12’s are exempt from camping charges but do need to be with a full paying camping adult to be onsite
